Install edit upgrade

I paid for the upgrade so I could edit from my iPad, but it did not install properly and now when I click on edit, it asks me to purchase and says I have already purchased ???

 

Help !

Thank you for reaching out.

 

Please try signing out of the application and reboot the device.

Then sign in again and check if you can use the feature.

 

Let us know if you still get the pruchase option.

If that didn't work, then try this- 

 

Launch Acrobat Reader app -> Click on Settings (human-like icon on the top right of Home page) -> Subscriptions -> Restore purchases

 

Did it make any difference.
