Installing Acrobat Reader?

Hope you are doing well. Per the description, you are unable to install Acrobat Reader.

Are you referring to the mobile or desktop versions of the application?

The administrator name or password is set by the organization you are working with, and we do not have any control over it.

Would you mind sharing a screen recording of the workflow you refer to for better understanding?
