Interactive elements no longer working

My check boxes and hyperlinks no longer function in the Mobile Acrobat Reader. They were all working a month ago on the same document. Seems like one of the 2021 updates broke a lot of the interactive functionality. I need this back as we've already presented this solution to our clients.
