No entiendo nada.

@carlos_2739  Let's see if we can clarify things a bit:

"Adobe Premium" vs. "PRO": In the context of Adobe Acrobat, "PRO" (as in Acrobat Pro) is indeed Adobe's top-tier, most feature-rich version. If you see "Premium" mentioned elsewhere, it often refers to a similar, enhanced level of features within a specific Adobe mobile app or a broader service offering, rather than being a separate, distinct product tier from "Pro" for the desktop version of Acrobat. So, if you contracted the "PRO plan" for Acrobat, you do have the most complete version available for that specific application.

AI Assistant Status: The phrase "with subscription" for your AI Assistant likely means that the AI features are enabled and accessible because you have an active subscription for them. It's their way of indicating that its functionality is tied to your ongoing payment, rather than being a separate, one-time purchase. If you've paid for it and your main subscription is active, you should be able to access and use the AI Assistant features within Acrobat.

If you've paid for the AI Assistant and your Pro plan is active, you should expect those features to simply work within your Acrobat Pro application. If they don't, despite the subscription showing, then direct contact with Adobe support would be the next step, as there might be a minor activation glitch on their end.
