ios 18.5 Adobe Premium Fill and Sign unable to unselect checkbox?

Question

how to undo checkbox for iOS 18.5 Adobe Premium Fill and Sign application form?

i checked box but cannot uncheck it after saving.

do i have to fill in new form again?

Said form is XFA form. (These types of forms don’t work on the Acrobat Reader mobile app — they need to be opened using Acrobat Pro on a desktop) but my computer is not around me anymore and when passport validity ends 20 days, i am forced to try mobile Adobe and I was able to fill in said form.

How is that possible?

Clicking on the checked item again will make it unchecked. What happens when you try to uncheck the checked box? Do you get an error message? If yes, please share a screenshot for more clarity.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF form or with all the forms? Try with a different PDF form and see if that works fine. Have you signed the PDF form and saved it? If yes, once a PDF is signed, it gets locked for further editing.

If that is not the case, please share the App version you are using. Go to the Profile icon > About Acrobat, try updating the app from the App Store to the latest version available, and reboot the device once.
