IOS Adobe Acrobat mobile submit not working in Version 22.12

Hi

Having an issue since updating to IOS Adobe Acrobat mobile Version 22.12.

The submit function does not work, gives an error "email has not been set up on this device" when submiting.  Email is setup and working, app was submitting OK on Version 22.11 before update.

Any ideas?

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

Are you referring to one specific PDF form with submit button that's not working, or does any form you open to giving the same error?

How does that form was created, and which application was used? Is it possible for you to share the form with us to test the same on our end?

Hi Akanchla,

Thanks for reponding.  Yes it is affecting all forms and all our ios devices that have been updated to the new app, (it works ok on desktops).  I made a new form with just a text box and a submit button and got the same error so I dont thinks its the form.  Are you able to to test a submit on the 22.12 version on ios to confirm it works ok.
