IOS app doesn’t work properly

Every single time I need the app I get disappointed. The ios app looks like a work around app. I feel deceived because I pay a lot of money every single month and don't get new features on mobile, don't get updates and most important, I don't get an optimized app for iPhone. The app crashes all the time and you don't fix it!!!

    Sorry for the trouble, could you confirm a few more details to understand the issue better?

    1. Application version?

    2. iOS version?

    3. As you have shared a screenshot, is there some issue in viewing PDFs too?

    Make sure that the app is up to date.
