IOS app not working

For the past few weeks the Adobe Acrobat app has not been working. The app opens up fine but when I try to retrieve a file in the document cloud, just and infinite loading spin and nothing happened till the app shuts down. I have an android work phone too and the app on android works just fine. I tried restarting the app, uninstalling the app and reinstall, nothing works. Can someone help please

If you are still having trouble. Would you mind sharing a few more details to understand the issue better?

1. Did you try signing out and signing back into the app?

2. Application version?

3. iOS version?

4. If possible, please share a video of the issue.

Make sure that the app is updated to the latest version.
