IOS app on IPad

Please address the problem with the App Jumping out without automatically saving the progress. It makes us as users redo our work over and over. As I have read on Reddit many users have this same problem please fix this issue I even thought paying for a subscription would resolve the issue, but nothing changed. It is frustrating and I'm probably gonna break my iPad in the next couple of days.
