iOS changes after Oct 21 update not saving

Text, draw, signature, none of these will stay on document. As soon as I enter them, they disappear from the page. This new, I have never had this problem until the recent iOS update.

As per the issue description that you cannot write anything on a document. Would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?

1. Is it with an iPad or with iPhone?

2. Application version?

3. iOS version?

4. If possible, could you provide a video of the issue?

5. Is it with a particular document or with all documents?
