Question

iOS mobile notifications won’t respond

My app in iphone keeps showing 2 new notifications.  But there is nothing i can find in the app and no way to remove or recognize them.  I've tried removing the app and reinstall.  Login and out.

Thanks for posting here. This issue has been reported by a few other users too, and our team is working to provide the fix in a future update. For now, you can try a workaround, i.e:

Step 1: Open the Settings app.
Step 2: Go to Notification Center
Step 3: Find the app. In this case, we’ll use Acrobat Reader as an example.
Step 4: Tap the Badge App Icon toggle switch so it’s off.

Yes, turning the badge icon off did remove the red notification icon. do
you know if that can be turned back on at some point?
