iPadのAcrobat pro で、カラーのPDFを白黒、グレースケールに変換する事は出来るでしょうか？

Hope you are doing well.

As per the issue description, you want to convert color PDFs to black n while. Unfortunately, this feature is not available on the iPad Acrobat app. Kindly use the Acrobat Pro DC desktop app. Here is a discussion link you can refer to:
