iPad app won’t show shared drives in google drive

when I go to the google drive section in the Adobe iPad app it only shows the 'my drive' option and the shared drive doesn't come up?

any ideas?

I have this problem as well. Any updates on fixing this? It's rather annoying to take something from a shared drive, put it in my drive, make the edits, and then put it back in the google shared drive.

To be clear, this is effecting Google Workspace users.

I have the same issue, i have paid version of acrobat reader on my ipad pro, and i cant get into my company shared folder, is very important for my work.

Has this been resolved? My Drive and Shared Drives are inherently different products in the drive suite and function differently. My company uses shared drives exclusively and since the ipad app doesn't support this, removed the functionality of Adobe Reader for iPad.

By "again," I mean removing the drive from Reader Mobile and re-adding it.

Please let us know if this works, or we will need to investigate further.

I removed the drive and re-added it. It is still only showing 'My Drive' and a file called 'Shared with me" but not showing any of the actual 'Shared Drives'. Image attached.

As expected. Shared drives are not part of My Drive. They are always listed separately.

Derek - you really need to set up some shared drives and try this yourself. It is immediately obvious they are missing.

in this section there should also be a shared drive that I use for work. It shows in all other apps but not this one?
