iPad Blank Authentication screen

I have just got a new iPad and have a full subscription when i open app it says sign in, after email address it shoots off to authentication screen which is just blank white. I want to use acrobat but cant get past this issue

Thank you for posting your query here. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better. 

Are you able to log into Adobe.com on the iPad or do you get the same result? Does the same thing occur in other Adobe mobile apps on the iPad?

 

We did try to replicate the behavior on our end, however, it is working fine. Make sure your application is updated. Do save your work then try to sign out and sign in back. Reboot your device.
