iPad emailing not including attachment

I am using the latest version of Reader from Appstore on an iPad, and since the update we are having issues where the pdf when sharing, using flattened copy, send via email, the PDF isnt attaching itself to the email ?  I am seeing this quite alot not since the update last week, as we have 12 engineers out on the road who send us files everyday.  It seems very intermittant, so its not everytime, is anybody else seeing this ?  Is there a work around, or are Adobe aware so an update patch can be issued ?

We just released Acrobat Reader 18.01.22 to the App Store.

This is the latest official release (that is identical to the pre-release version).
