IPAD/IOS PROBLEM - Intune login screen for company I no longer work for - can’t use app at all

Hi

My iPad install of Reader was managed by a company I no longer work for

I am unable to login to the app at all with my CC details, or use the app at all....it goes straight to a login screen, which will no longer work because I have no links to the company anymore.

Can you please advise a way I can remove this app management, which still persists even after an uninstall/reinstall?
