Ipad printing issue

Using iPad Acrobat app, open a doc which was saved, edit one sentence to add two more sentences. Had to suscribe to premium to be able to edit. Made changes, saved doc, opened doc, changes are there. Print the page, only get two capital letters at left margin instead of the two sentences. Pre-print review looks correct.

As mentioned that while printing you get two capital letters at the left margin instead of the two sentences. Would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?

1. OS version?

2. Application version?

3. Is it happening with other files too or it's just this one file?

4. If possible could you share the files with us to test on our end?
