iPad Pro 11 - Sending document for Signature

Hello

I just got a new ipad and im having 2 issues

1. Creating New Fields inside a pdf

2. Preparing documents for signature

The format looks different on the IPAD and just wanted to check if it was possible to do this within IPAD or has to be a Desktop

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue while creating form fields and preparing documents for signature on your ipad, is that correct?

The functionality of creating New Fields inside a pdf and sending documents for signature on ipad is not available. As mentioned, you can do this on desktop. You may try adobe sign app to send document signatures on ipad. Refer to the following help documents for more info:
