iPad Pro Edits being lost

Question

I have been using my iPad Pro pencil to edit pdfs for two years.  Until this week, everything went well.  Recently I was editing a presentation, only the first page edits were saved and sent.  I redid the work three times, no luck.  Now when I try to "freehand" edit and mark up a PDF, only the first edit, no matter what page it is on, is saved.  Can anyone help?

As mentioned above, we have tried to reproduce the behavioud on our end, but it is working fine. Would you mind sharing a few more details to understand the issue better?

1. App version?

2. OS name and version?

3. A video/screen recording that shows the issue clearly.

Make sure that the app is up to date.
