Question

iPad Pro M1 12.9” with Magic Keyboard

I am having a problem that I have not found an answer for. I cannot click into a fillable field using my mouse on my Magic Keyboard, or using a mouse via USB. I have updated to the latest software, I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing works. I am able to use another PDF viewer with no issues. I know its not a particular file, I cannot click into a fillable "cell" on any of my fillable files. This started happening about a year ago. I have just been dealing with it by using the other app. I really don't want to migrate all my work to the other app. Please help.

Hi @Doran34060777fou1

I hope you're doing well, and thank you for reaching out!

Could you please provide the OS version of your iPad Pro, as well as the version of the Acrobat Reader mobile app you are using? It would also be helpful if you could check for any pending updates in the App Store and update both the Reader mobile app and your iPad OS. After updating, please reboot your device and see if the issue persists.

Additionally, you might find this Apple help document useful: Apple Support.

Let us know how it goes.
