iPad version

I have adobe dc subscription for Mac and windows and when I use my account on my iPad it is showing that have to pay the subscription instead of activating the features already purchased. My windows computer works fine but I can't access pro features on my iPad.

Sorry for the issue you are facing to use your subscription. Your subscription should automatically activate. If you have an issue, you can reactive or restore your purchase as follows: 

  1. Tap Profile icon 
  2. Tap Subscriptions. 
  3. Tap Restore purchases. 

After a dialogue appears stating your purchase is restored, relaunch the app and try using your paid services.
