Is it still possible to flatten PDF on iPad?

Hi,

I had been using the Acrobat Pro subscription in combination with the app on my iPad to fill out a template using my Apple pencil which I would then share via email with my office so they would have hand written, signed copy of the daily log form we use.

After the most recent update, the sharing function seems to now be more geared towards a collaborative share, whereas I used to be able to “share flattened copy” which would reduce the file size to a few KB. My issue now is that when I send the form as an attachment, it’s typically larger than 15MB which is less than ideal. Is there any way to export the flattened copy with the new version? No combination of share options seems to be letting me do this.

The "Share Flatten Copy" option is no longer available via the new Share feature in Acrobat 18.09.13 or later.

However, there is a way to generate a flattened copy in Acrobat. Please take a look at this forum document.
