Is student space not a functionality included in my Premium plan?

I have a subscription to Adobe Acrobat Premium. I try for student space tool, but it doesn't work properly. I created a guide and flash cards and the system is in a bucle with out finishing the guide nor flash cards.

Hi @Clever_connoisseur0554

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. I understand it is frustrating when the study guide and flashcards keep loading and never finish.

To answer your question, Student Spaces is available in Acrobat on Android and is free to use, so it does not depend on your Premium plan. It is not available on iOS. You can read more here: Student Spaces on Android FAQ

Here are a few things to check:

  • Make sure you are signed in with a personal Adobe account. The Student Spaces is not currently available with institution-purchased Adobe accounts.

  • Try creating the study guide or flashcards again with a smaller source, for example one short PDF, to see whether the size or type of the source file makes a difference. For more information please check the help pages: Create a study guide and Create flashcards and quizzes

If it still loops, it would help if you could share:

  • Your Android device model, the Android version and the Acrobat app version

  • What source you added (a PDF, a web link or text) and roughly how large it is

  • Whether it loops with both the study guide and the flashcards, or only one of them

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,
Amal
