Issues with Adobe and Google Play

I lost access to the Adobe account that's tied to my Google Play and I cannot link any other Adobe account, which is what I'm trying to do. I keep getting the same error stating an Adobe ID is already associated to my Google Play account and I must login to use premium features. I have already tried eliminating third party apps link and won't work. Has anyone ran into this issue. If so, how can I solve this?

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
     

    When a subscription is purchased through Google Play, your Adobe ID gets associated at the billing level on our backend. This is why removing third-party app links on your end doesn't clear the error, that association lives deeper in the system.
     

    Try recovering your original Adobe account at https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/manage-your-account/create-adobe-account-social-media-login.html  and see if that works.
