Issues with Date Fields

Hello,

We are having an issue with one of our pdf forms that uses mutliple date fields. When you add the date, it closes then pops back up. It doesnt allow you to do anything. Once it you can get it to scroll, it crashes the app.

the app is current for ios, version 25.01.05

anythoughts?
