issues with interactifs professionals pdf on iPad (who works on macOS)

Hello,
I’m unable to use interactive PDFs on my iPad that include checkboxes triggering menus, additional fields, or text to appear. These features work perfectly on macOS with Acrobat Reader, but they do not function correctly on the iPad, even when using Acrobat Reader for iOS.

Unfortunately, almost no scripts work in the mobile version of Acrobat. You can try it in PDF Expert by Readdle, though. It has much better support, although not complete, either.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I find it extraordinary that in 2025 we still can’t properly work with a PDF on an iPad. Am I one of the few complaining about this, or are there many others reporting the same issue? Do you think Apple or Acrobat will ever fix this problem?

Many of us were hoping and asking for it when the first mobile devices appeared in 2007.
18 years later, hope has faded.
