Issues with single sign-on login options in Adobe Acrobat on Android 11 device

Hello,

Since Adobe Acrobat reader application was updated to version 22.11 for Android platform, application let user login with single sign-on option, but during next application start login request appears again. Creative Cloud application work fine with Adobe SSO, no issues. One more thing - if user choose option "enter code instead", application ask account password each time and SSO option not appears anymore in list of the login options with code via Email and sms. This issue I was able to fix via chat with Adobe support representative. SSO procedure in Adobe Acrobat for Android platform must be reviewed.

Hello Harsh,

I would like to add extra information for my support case. After each SSO login I am able to see my active session in "Sign-in" section of my Adobe profile. So technically SSO work fine, somehow Adobe Acrobat reader do not detect existing login session and re-request SSO during next start of the app. One more thing - after login Adobe Acrobat reader goes to background, user must open app from Android tasks switch bar.

With kind regards,
Dmytro K

Hi @dimitry.k

Sorry for the delayed response. As we have tried to reproduce the single sign-on behaviour on our end but it is working fine. Would you mind sharing a video/ screen recording that shows the issue clearly?

Thanks,

Harsh
