I am trying to create a pdf to submit my timecard I have done this one hundred times, I am subscribed and payed up on my monthly subscription. It keeps taking me to the subscribe page. When I hit subscribe, it says "already subscribed"
Go to https://account.adobe.com/plans
Click on "Manage Plans". On the next landing page scroll down to the section "Activated devices".
See if you have more than one device activated under the same subscription. It is possible that you may need to remove or de-activate the computer device that you're not currently using.
