Hi there

++ Adding to the discussion

I’ve checked the Adobe account associated with the Adobe ID you’re using here in the community, and I wasn’t able to locate any active plan or subscription. If you used a different email address to purchase your subscription, please feel free to share it with us via private message so we can look into it further.

@guadalupe_7083

The first thing to try is to sign out, then sign in with the correct Adobe ID.

Your screenshot does not show if you are using an iPad, iPhone, or Android device. Purchases from mobile apps are made by either the App Store or Google Play, so you might also contact them for assistance with logging in.

I've moved your post from Account, Payment, and Plan to the Adobe Acrobat Reader forum.
