Why are there certain files i connot delete from my device?

Hi,

It looks like the issue is with deleting files from local storage. Here are some steps you can try

Tap a file.
Tap Delete And then Delete. If you don't see the Delete icon, tap More And then Delete .

If you have tried the steps and still doesn't work then please confirm if it shows an error while deleting?
