I checked your account and saw a cancelled account for Acrobat Premium through your Samsung Galaxy Store.

Would you mind uninstalling the current version of Reader Mobile, installing a fresh version from the Samsung Galaxy Store, and then trying to purchase the subscription again?

Yes I cancelled but they still took money for the next full year .also I tried as recommended above still no joy
