Bought a subscription through iTunes

Contacted Adobe, they have no record of it

Apple says it was paid for

Have tried the troubleshooting options no luck

Anybody have any other options?

The Reader discussed in this forum is completely free, so you don't to buy anything

If you bought from Apple, I think you need to check the Apple store to download what you bought (which was not the FREE Reader)
