As you asked to resubscribe every time you access the application, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
Try to restore the purchase. Tap on Profile icon > Subscriptions > Restore Purchase.
Sign out of the application. Reboot the device. Then, sign in to the application manually using the Adobe ID login option on the login page instead of other options like Apple ID or Facebook.
If the issue persists, please share a short video recording of the steps you use to sign in to the application and the issue as it occurs on your end. Also, share the Acrobat and OS version on your device.
