Bonjour
J'ai mis un mot de passe pour ouvrir un document.
Je pense savoir ce que c'est vu la date, mais impossible de m'en souvenir.
Est ce que c'est définitivement perdu

Adobe doesn’t keep a track of the users document open passwords, If you do not remember the password the best approach would be to recreate the PDF from the source document or to contact the owner of the PDF to ask for another copy of the same.
