Jak dlouho potrvá komprimace souboru 387 MB ? Čekám už dva dny a stále se jen kolečko točí a nic..
proč to nejde?

    Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble. 
     

    Have you started experiencing this issue recently after an update, or was it occurring earlier as well?

    What is the version of the Acrobat Mobile app and the OS you are using? Tap on profile > About Acrobat and try updating the app to the latest version available on the App/Play store, and reboot the device once. 
     

    Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try wth a different PDF file and check

    Also, try to clear the app cache and see if that helps:
     

    Android:
    Go to device settings > Apps > Adobe Acrobat > Storage > Clear Cache and reboot the device once. 


    iOS:  

    • Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.

    • Tap General, then tap iPhone Storage.

    • Scroll down and select the specific app you want to offload from the list.

    • Tap Offload App, and then confirm by tapping Offload App again in the pop-up menu, once done reinstall the app from the App Store

    Note: Offloading the app will not affect your files.

    You may also try to compress the PDF online here https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/tools/  and see if that works.

    Nic jako vymazat mezipaměť nikde nemám. iOS i Acrobat mám aktualizovaný na nejnovější verzi. Avšak stále to nejde a už dva dny se jen točí.. Nejde ani export do Wordu malého souboru!

    Zkusil jsem aplikaci odložit a znovu nainstalovat, ale problém stále přetrvává! Nevím co víc ještě zkusit, aby to fungovalo 😔

    Rád bych požádal o reklamaci

    Please follow the steps below to clear the app cache from your iOS device

    iOS:  

    • Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.

    • Tap General, then tap iPhone Storage.

    • Scroll down and select the specific app you want to offload from the list.

    • Tap Offload App, and then confirm by tapping Offload App again in the pop-up menu, once done reinstall the app from the App Store

    Note: Offloading the app will not affect your files.

    Když zkouším komprimovat přes web, tak mě to nakonec vždy odhodí na aplikaci
