Java script calculations

I created a form with Adobe DC on my Mac which has calculated fields on the form in Java script. It works great on my Mac pc but, when I copy the form to my iPad off of google drive and use the adobe reader it won't perform these calculations. I use the forms mobile at job sites so need it to work on the iPad. Help please.

The calculations works on my iPad reader if I switch to simplified field notation for the calculations, but not exactly as I would like. In some fields I need the answer to return a absolute value. I don't want a negative value. And on another calculated field I want the answer to default to 000 if the answer is negative, but using simplified field notation since java script does not work on reader on my iPad. Please help.
