Hi @javier_5677,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with deleting files on Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Do you see any error message when trying to delete the files? If yes, please share a screenshot of the error you see.

Also, just to let you know, you will be able to see the location of the files on Acrobat, with the logo of the location just below the file name.

If the logo isn't there, means that the file has either been moved, renamed, or no longer present in the current location.

In such situations, you can simply select the files > click the three dots > click on "Remove from Recents."

This should remove the file name from the recent list of the app.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Souvik.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, you have deleted the files from Google Drive an now unable to delete them from Adobe Acrobat App.

Please log out of the application, reboot the device once and re-login with the same Adobe ID and see if that works.

If it still doesn't work, please go to Settings on your Android device > Apps > Adobe Acrobat > Storage > Clear cache

and reboot the device once.

Let us know how it goes.
