Il y a écrit impossible de conclure l'achat, déjà acheté. Code erreur IS9224/6050/PVEICjAdkz.

    Thanks for sharing the information. I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found that you have recently purchased Acrobat Premium subscription. Please log out of the app , reboot the device and relogin with your Adobe credentials and see if that helps. 

    Also try to restore the purchase, tap on your Profile icon > Subscriptions > Restore purchase and see if that helps.

    Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing? Are you not able to access your paid/premium features? If yes, please share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for more clarity.

    Also, share your device os (iOS or Android) version so we can isolate this for further review.
