Je n ´arrive pas a restaurer

Bonjour à tous .j'aurais aimé avoir de l'aide ou le retour mail d'un service de chez adobe . . 
je n'arrive pas à restaurer mon application et pourtant mon abonnement est opérationnel . 
en pièce jointe , les captures d'écran de mon soucie .bien à vous

Hope you are doing well and am sorry for the trouble. As described you are getting the error message saying that you are unable to restore purchases.

 

I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID/email you are using on this community and am unable to trace any premium service subscribed.

 

Please log out of the app, reboot the device once, and re-login to the app with the correct Adobe ID/email used for subscribing to premium services and check if that helps.

 

Also please check for any missing/pending updates for the app and try updating it from the Play Store (Android), or App Store (iOS) and check.
