Just trying to cancel subscription

Super frustrating- trying to cancel subscription. I log in and go to "manage subscription." That simply routes me to my AppStore subscriptions. This subscription does not show up there, yet I am being charged $18 a month. There does not seem to be any other way to cancel so I am going to have to go through the dispute process with my bank. Please advise!
