Keyboard glitching on writable PDFs

When working on writable PDFs in my FILES app on an iPad, my keyboard is glitching--jumping every letter that I type and moving to letter keyboard when I am trying to type numbers. It misspells words and won't let me correct or delete. Any ideas on how to fix what seems like some type of bug?

As per the issue description that the keyboard is glitching. Would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?

1. Is this happening with Acrobat Reader mobile app?

2. OS version?

 

Please make sure the screen is not hampered by any means and try to reboot the iPad and check.
