...auch nach Löschung des Chats und Neuanlage der Datei...er rechnet sich tot und es kommt nichts mehr. 😞 Any ideas?

I hope you're doing well, and I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the AI Assistant in Acrobat.

I checked your Adobe account and can see that you have an active subscription to the AI Assistant for Acrobat. Please confirm if you're using it on a computer or a phone/tablet?

Also, is the issue happening with just one PDF file or with all of them? If you haven’t already, try opening a different PDF to see if the AI Assistant works there.

If you're using the Acrobat Reader app on your phone or tablet, try logging out of the app and then logging back in with the same Adobe account. and see if that helps.

 

If it’s still not working, please check if there’s an update available for the Acrobat Reader Mobile app in the App Store or Google Play Store. Then, try updating the app, restarting your device, and trying again.
