Kindle crash help

Help please I have a kindle fire 7 which I have used for years without any issues to with Adobe, that was until currently every time I tap on my document cloud it loads millions of ----then pops up and states that error document path not valid ??? I've updated the app and the kindle software and nothing ??

    I think you meant the Acrobat Reader Mobile app.

     

    Can you elaborate how are you signing  to the Document Cloud? Are you using your AdobeID or doing it using Gmail, Facebook, or Apple ID's?

     

    Also can you confirm if your subscription hasn't been cancelled, or do you log-in to the Document Cloud from more than one computer device with the same siging ID?

    Also, as far as I know "standard" Android apps do not work on a Kindle Fire, you may only use the special Kindle versions... so you may need to ask Amazon
