Kindly request for refund please

I subscribed to the 7-day free trial, but somehow I was charged £29.99 and subscribed to the monthly premium instead. I canceled in less than an hour’s time, as I did not intend to pay for or continue with such a service. I would greatly appreciate it if my case could be looked into and a full refund processed.
