L'abonnement à assistant ai ne fonctionne pas.

Boujour,

 

J'ai pris un abonnement à  "assistant ai" il y a quelques jours. Maintenant que j'essaie de l'utiliser, il me demande de m'abonner (encore). Et quand je clique sur "s'abonner", il me dit que jai déjà un abonnement. Je n'arrive plus à utiliser "assistant ai ".

After reviewing the Adobe account associated with the Adobe ID you’ve provided in this community, I couldn’t locate any active paid subscriptions. Could you please confirm where you purchased the subscription? For instance, was it through one of the following platforms?

  • Google Play Store
  • Samsung Store
  • Apple App Store

To help resolve the issue, I recommend trying to restore your purchase by following these steps:

  1. Open the Adobe Reader Mobile app.
  2. Tap on the profile icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Navigate to Subscriptions and select Restore Purchases.

Additionally, if you might have used a different Adobe ID (email) for your subscription, please share that with us privately (via direct message) so we can further track down the purchase on our end.

I have the same problem. I had sent a mail to you support service without any feedback. I hope to have more chance here. I have paid an annual subscription without using your service a singe day.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble.

 

I checked your email address registered here on the community and cannot find an active subscription for AI Assistant.

 

Please let me know the error you get when trying to use Acrobat. A screenshot of the error would be great.

 

If the application is unable to identify the subscription, you may try a few steps below:

1. Logout from Acrobat Reader Mobile;

2. Restart the device;

3. Log in back to the device.

 

If these do not work, you may try restoring the subscription. Please refer to the link to learn how to restore the subscription: Manage subscriptions — Acrobat for iOS Help (https://adobe.ly/40T0SwE)

 

Also, you might want to check if you are logged in using Apple ID and not Google.
