La voz del lector es demasiado aguada

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

What happens when you try to change the voice, do you get any error message? if yes, please share the screesnhot of the same for more clarity. Also a small video recording of the steps you are doing and the issue as it occurs will be very helpful.

Also please go through the steps shared in the help page (https://adobe.ly/41iHY1P ) and see if that works.

Let us know how it goes.
