La voz del lector es demasiado aguada

Quiero cambiar la voz pues es muy incomoda, compre el premium y ni así sirve. Pienso en dejar de pagarlo por eso

    What happens when you try to change the voice, do you get any error message? if yes, please share the screesnhot of the same for more clarity. Also a small video recording of the steps you are doing and the issue as it occurs will be very helpful.
