"Language not available" trying to open in Liquid Mode on iPad

Looks like my default English language, which sometimes works for Liquid Mode, but not this time. What could be wrong? The complex layout?

Hi @Loren Amelang,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat Reader Mobile (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. The iOS version of your device;

3. The sample file for testing in-house.

Look forward to hearing from you.

(Strange - Dark Reader can't invert this reply pane. Vivaldi "Filter Invert" can...)

1. The app version of Acrobat Reader Mobile (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

24.03.01 (20240401.152805)

Looks like that might be new since my original report?

Still the same "Not available for this language" error.

Looks like I can't select files from saved history with a mouse click (current Apple Magic Mouse that works most places on iPad) - have to finger tap them.

When I went to Acrobat it was locked up. I had to hard kill it twice to get access. Still, nothing seemed to get me off the "Welcome Loren" screen. I tapped and mouse clicked the round button at top right several times before it showed me the sidebar with About. ???

2. The iOS version of your device;

17.3.1

Every time this entry pane expands the new space is binding white! I have to drag the pane bigger.

3. The sample file for testing in-house.

The "Sensory perception" attachment above.

Sorry about my visual handicaps - that's why I so desperately want Liquid Mode to work! Good Reader reflow can make the text accessible, but loses all connection to images and diagrams.

@Loren Amelang Thanks for all the details.

I have logged a ticket for the team to investigate further.

I will update the thread once I hear back.
