Limits - Cloud

I payed for premium but limits to send email by Cloud Area still on and i have limits per day on. I am a Premium Customer. Can you help ?. Hope ...Thank you. Management.

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Adobe Cloud Storage.

Could you please brief me on the situation or share a screenshot of any error message you receive?

With the premium subscription, you get 20GB of Adobe Cloud Storage to keep your files.

If you receive error when sending email to someone, it could be their mail box which limits the maximum size of an email it can receive.

Please reply back on the thread so that I can understand and assist you better.
