Loading combination of files

It just shows a loading cycle icon. There does not appear to be an error message. It is still loading files from 1month ago. I typically add a pdf to my iPhone files and either select mutiple PDFs or maybe a pdf from iPhone files and a photo from my iPhone camera roll to the app- and then combine such..but unfortunately they never combine.

What happens when you try to combine the PDFs? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same or a small video recording of the steps you are taking, and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful.

Is this an issue with a particular set of PDF files or with all the PDFs that you try to combine? Please try with a different set of files and check. For testing purposes, you may also try to combine the PDFs online https://adobe.ly/44NqbRu and see if that helps.

Also, share the version of the Acrobat Mobile app you are using. Tap on the profile icon > About Acrobat and try updating the app to the latest version available on the App Store, and reboot the device once to check.
