Loading file app DS File

I´m using synology DS 115j.

Every document is stored at synology.

To sign time sheets I choose DS file to load this sheet, sign it an stored it.

It works but the next day i have die reinstall the adobe reader app.

all updates in iPad Pro are done.

Does any one know this problem and the solution?
